Chef Henry Salgado, a fifth generation Floridian, has been nationally recognized for his talent in the kitchen with two James Beard Semi-finalist nominations for Best Chef South in 2012 and 2014. Chef Salgado has received much recognition for his Latin inspired cuisine for both restaurants located in New Smyrna Beach and Orlando, yet in spite of his Latin heritage, he has a deep love of the South from his early days at the Horseradish Grill in Atlanta. His work at Spanish River Grill and Txokos Basque Kitchen contributed to his love of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine. This mix of latin, southern, and mediterranean cuisines is evident in Chef Salgado’s multifaceted, exciting, and dynamic menu.
