Ibiza is an island in the Mediterranean located about fifty miles off the coast of Valencia. Portions of Ibiza are recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and are therefore protected from development. The island is known a great spot for nightlife with plenty of bars and clubs. The cuisine is characterized by fresh, natural ingredients. Local fruits, vegetables, and meats make their way into many of the dishes.
