BAR JUANITO

Located in the quaint town of Jerez, we went to lunch at Bar Juanito, where we tried many delicious dishes typical to Jerez such as ox stew, potato salad, and several fried fish. The best dish of the day was fried shark, marinated with sherry, vinegar, cumin, oregano and lemon. The breading was light and tasted fresh and tender. It was a simple and delicious dish whose flavors were complimented by amontillado sherry.
